We will help navigate a brief phone call to get to know you. This call will allow us to get some basic information from you, do a complimentary benefit verification, and to schedule a follow-up call to do an assessment that will take about an hour.
This call will be about 45 minutes to an hour. We will ask about your medical history, current symptoms of the eating disorder, any chemical dependency use, any medical issues, psychological factors, and social and occupational functioning.
This call will be to discuss your insurance coverage and finances, recommendations by our clinical team, and to set an admission date. On this call we will also discuss logistics such as travel arrangements, packing necessities, etc.
